  • Handle lifecycle transactions, employee data, leave and employee relations support for your assigned function
  • Answer employee and manager questions with speed and accuracy
  • Help Total Rewards with compensation and benefits cycles, and People Systems with HiBob data and reporting
  • Support the handoff from offer to onboarding with Talent Acquisition
  • Cover for teammates across functions during peak periods and absences
