Senior Director, Global People Operations

About the role

Lead the global people operations function for a fast-growing biopharma, shaping an operating model and service delivery approach that supports scale while handling regional complexity.

What you will do

• Own global service delivery, employee lifecycle operations and controls, and global operating and compliance standards
• Oversee administrative processes from onboarding and offboarding to leaves, records, payroll coordination and benefits execution
• Integrate global mobility, immigration and work authorisation administration into the wider service model
• Build partnerships with HR centres of expertise, HR business partners, regional teams and legal to align strategy and manage risk
• Embed AI and automation into service design to make support more responsive and free capacity for human expertise
