Director of Retirement Sales Activation

About the role

You would lead the teams that get new retirement plans launched, making onboarding faster and more scalable. The role sits in the revenue organisation and treats a smooth launch as a key differentiator.

What you will do

• Coach activation managers to shorten onboarding and raise launch rates
• Oversee support functions such as setup, payroll links, program management and quality checks
• Design scalable processes and automation that increase the number of launched plans
• Work with product and integration teams to remove manual steps
• Track onboarding metrics and drive continuous improvement
• Partner with enablement, revenue leaders and support operations on escalations
