PeopleSoft HCM Solution Architect

About the role

Lead clients and project teams through analysis, design, development, testing and deployment of PeopleSoft solutions that meet client requirements and improve business processes.

What you will do

• Define and carry out a plan that meets all client requirements while driving innovation and streamlining quality assurance and testing
• Help clients transform processes, strengthen internal controls, improve efficiency and comply with federal rules
• Architect and develop solutions independently or alongside a team of skilled professionals
• Interact with client senior management and grow skills in technical competency, business development and client service

What they look for

• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and keep a federal or DoD public trust clearance before starting
• Bachelor's degree
• At least five years of PeopleSoft technical design and development experience
• Experience drafting technical design specifications and test plans for modifications, enhancements or customizations

Nice to have

• Clear and concise communication
• Collaborative teamwork with a focus on customer service and solution ownership
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience in a federal environment and with issue tracking tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow

Pay

USD 130,000 to 216,000 per year
