Design and build the backend services behind interactive fitness experiences used by millions, working in a service-oriented AWS architecture.
What you will do
- Design, implement and document secure and efficient RESTful APIs
- Migrate legacy serverless functions from Lambda into containerized ECS services
- Collaborate with front-end, mobile, product and design teams on end-to-end features
- Write tested code, review peers and improve CI/CD pipelines
- Own service reliability, monitor performance and join a rotating on-call schedule
What they look for
- Four or more years of professional backend or full-stack engineering in a cloud environment
- Strong TypeScript or JavaScript and Node.js skills, with NestJS preferred or similar frameworks
- Knowledge of AWS services and containerized deployments on ECS, EKS or similar
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs with attention to security and performance
- Comfort with CI/CD pipelines
