What you will do
- Take inbound calls, online enquiries and referrals as the first point of contact for prospects
- Run structured screenings covering vehicle and rideshare crashes, falls, premises issues, bites and elder neglect
- Collect incident facts, injuries, treatment, liability and insurance details to build an initial case picture
- Apply set intake criteria to flag urgent, complex or high value matters for escalation
- Follow up on open leads, fill information gaps and keep records current in Litify
- Hand cases to attorneys, case managers and investigators while protecting client confidentiality
