What you will do
- Assess EHR case vignettes that include a question, a suggested answer and a misleading option
- Rate benchmark items for accuracy, completeness, answerability and quality of the trap
- Verify that reasoning steps follow from the vignette facts and write brief justifications
- Take part in three separate blind reviews followed by physician adjudication
What they look for
- An MD or DO degree plus a current unrestricted US medical license
- Board certification or finished residency, with recent hands-on patient care
- Experience across several body systems in diagnosis and treatment
- Solid clinical reasoning skills, including differential diagnosis and guideline use
- Written English at C1 level or above

- Background in medical AI review, clinical content, exam question review or medical QA
