What you will do
- Assess clinical vignettes paired with a question, an answer and a trap answer
- Score reasoning quality, including vignette accuracy and whether it reveals the answer
- Correct reasoning traces and write brief rationales
- Complete three independent blind reads before physician adjudication
What they look for
- MD or DO with an active unrestricted US medical license
- Board certification or completed residency, with recent direct patient care
- Broad multi-system diagnostic and treatment experience
- Strong clinical reasoning, differential diagnosis and evidence-based guideline use
- Written English at C1 level or above
Nice to have
- Experience with medical annotation or quality assurance
