Practising physicians review clinical vignettes and score the reasoning quality of answers produced for a medical AI evaluation programme. Work is part time and organised in project phases.

What you will do
- Assess EHR style vignettes paired with questions, answers and misleading trap answers
- Rate benchmark items for accuracy, completeness, answer correctness and trap quality
- Verify that reasoning chains follow from the vignette facts and correct faulty traces
- Write brief rationales and take part in blind reads followed by physician adjudication
- Cover diagnosis and treatment tasks across many body systems
What they look for
- An MD or DO plus an active unrestricted US medical licence verified by the issuing board
- Board certification or completed residency, with recent direct patient care
- Broad diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency or hospital medicine
- Strong clinical reasoning in differential diagnosis, next steps and evidence based guidelines
- Written English at C1 level or above
Nice to have
- Experience with medical annotation or quality assurance
