Regional Vice President, Health Plan Growth

About the role

Own a portfolio of health plan clients and drive revenue growth through consultative selling, from first discovery to signed contracts, while acting as a trusted advisor on clinical and cost outcomes.

What you will do

• Manage a book of prospective health plan clients and build consultative ties with senior decision makers
• Run the full sales cycle for regional and national health plan opportunities
• Advise clients on using products and services to improve clinical results, member experience and cost savings
• Coordinate with product, implementation, clinical and compliance teams for smooth onboarding and satisfaction
• Track healthcare policy, payer trends and competitor moves to inform strategy
• Support contract negotiations, RFP responses and regulatory alignment

What they look for

• Three to six years of business development experience in health plans, payers or managed care
• A proven record of successful sales or partnership growth
• Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
• Knowledge of payer operations and healthcare regulation
