- Assess clinical EHR vignettes with a question, a proposed answer and a trap answer.
- Score reasoning quality, including vignette accuracy, completeness and answer correctness.
- Correct reasoning traces and write brief rationales.
- Work through three independent blind reads before physician adjudication.
