What you will do
- Review EHR-based vignettes with a question, a suggested answer and a misleading trap answer
- Rate items for accuracy, completeness, answer correctness, gradeability and trap quality
- Verify that reasoning chains reach conclusions from vignette facts alone and rewrite faulty traces
- Provide brief written rationales and take part in blind reads followed by physician adjudication

- MD or DO degree with an active, unrestricted US medical license
- Board certification or completed residency plus recent direct patient care, attending level preferred
- Broad diagnostic and treatment experience across body systems, such as internal, family, emergency or hospital medicine
- Solid clinical reasoning in differential diagnosis, next-step management and evidence-based guidelines
- Written English at C1 level or above
