Principal Product Manager, AI Personalization and Discovery

About the role

Own the strategy for AI and personalization across the whole design and shopping journey, so buyers are guided toward vehicles and accessories that suit them. The mandate is broad and ambiguous, covering the full experience rather than one funnel step.

What you will do

• Set the vision and roadmap for AI-driven personalization from first visit through purchase and later accessorizing
• Define principles so AI guidance learns from customer signals instead of asking buyers to state their needs
• Own the end-to-end design and shopping experience, including vehicle configuration, virtual garage, accessory discovery and cart
• Build discovery features that reveal designs and combinations customers had not considered, using individual and aggregate signals
• Work with Sales, Growth, Brand and Customer Service to prioritize lifecycle moments where guidance removes friction
• Run a disciplined experimentation program with clear hypotheses, success metrics and guardrails

What they look for

• Eight or more years in product management, including leading zero-to-one or highly ambiguous efforts without an existing playbook
• Hands-on experience with personalization, recommendation systems or AI and LLM-powered product experiences
• Strong structured writing, able to produce and iterate quickly on PR/FAQ-style strategy documents
