Senior Product Manager, Growth and Conversion

About the role

You will own parts of the conversion funnel that turn site visitors into contacts for agents and mortgage bankers. The work combines experimentation, personalisation and product strategy across buying, selling and financing journeys.

What you will do

• Own key funnel areas from listing and search pages through to the payment calculator
• Design and run a high volume of A/B tests and move toward AI driven personalisation
• Set product vision, strategy, roadmaps and measurable goals
• Align stakeholders across teams and leadership and manage tradeoffs
• Lead engineers, designers, marketers and analysts to ship products
• Work with analysts on data to find insights and improve the product

What they look for

• At least five years of product management experience, ideally in a large consumer marketplace or B2C platform
• A strong record in conversion focused product work with deep fluency in A/B testing
• Comfort treating AI and machine learning as core building blocks
• Ability to influence executives and contributors across functions
• Deep customer empathy and a knack for simplifying complex problems
• Strong analytical and communication skills
