Principal Product Manager, AI Strategy & Execution

About the role

Owns the AI vision and roadmap across an imaging portfolio, from strategy through delivery of governed models into clinical reading workflows. The role reports to the VP of Product and works closely with engineering, design and clinical advisors.

What you will do

• Take priority AI capabilities from discovery through launch with clinician input
• Own model registry, governance and monitoring tied to the quality system
• Cut the time needed to add a new model from quarters to weeks
• Turn portfolio strategy into a sequenced, evidence backed roadmap
• Represent the AI direction to customers, advisors, analysts and leadership

• A record of setting strategy and personally delivering hard features
• Fluency in applied AI and ML decisions such as model lifecycle, evaluation, governance and monitoring
• Experience working with engineering and design in an empowered team model
• Clear plain communication with clinicians, executives and engineers
