Senior Customer Development Manager, Military Business

About the role

You will lead strategic growth, business development and distribution across military retail channels. The role owns sales strategy for key government and military accounts and broker networks.

What you will do

• Own relationships with military and government buyers and broker partners to win new distribution and improve shelf presentation
• Deliver top-line and bottom-line sales and profit targets
• Build distribution, shelving, merchandising and pricing plans that grow the category
• Create one to three year strategic customer plans by segment
• Analyse customer data and build action plans to reach sales goals
• Work with demand planning, revenue growth management and sales strategy teams on channel plans

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of consumer packaged goods industry experience
• Three or more years of direct sales experience in military channels
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Solid MS Office skills

Pay

USD 140,000 to 170,000 per year
