Probate and Trust Administration Paralegal

About the role

Support a probate team with estate administration and legal document preparation. The role covers drafting, client scheduling and maintaining accurate case records.

What you will do

• Draft estate administration documents such as authorisations, releases, trust affidavits and instruction letters
• Customise closing letters for estate administration portfolios
• Review correspondence and documents for accuracy and completeness
• Schedule client appointments, send reminders and follow up on rescheduling
• Maintain electronic files and update client details in the case management database
• Track matter status and flag stalled or incomplete items

What they look for

• Exceptional attention to detail
• Prior experience drafting and proofreading legal documents with templates
• Expert command of English grammar, punctuation and communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and solve problems
• A law degree from a Philippine law school, bar passage not required
