Product Designer

About the role

Design intuitive experiences for a widely used email marketing product. Work in a product trio with managers and engineers, refining workflows and supporting research that shapes the roadmap.

What you will do

• Partner with product managers and engineers to spot UX gaps and opportunities
• Work end to end with engineers to balance user and business needs
• Run qualitative and quantitative user research with cross-functional partners
• Turn complex workflows into clear flows, component behaviors and a unified style
• Balance long-term product vision with day-to-day design challenges
• Coordinate with other departments to keep the user experience consistent

What they look for

• Three or more years as a product designer across web apps and third-party integrations or design systems
• Experience guiding design from discovery through delivery and post-launch review
• An iterative approach that starts small and improves over time
• Decisions grounded in data and user understanding
• Empathy for users and teammates with a positive attitude
