Product Designer

About the role

A designer role on a cross-functional team shaping a digital banking platform, handling scoped projects end to end while supporting senior designers on larger initiatives.

What you will do

• Support senior and lead designers on strategic product initiatives
• Own smaller scoped design projects from exploration to final execution
• Turn ideas into wireframes, prototypes and polished designs with PMs, engineers and researchers
• Take part in user research and apply the insights
• Present designs and explain the reasoning behind them
• Apply and extend the design system for consistent experiences

What they look for

• Two to four years of product design experience in-house or at an agency
• Experience designing digital product experiences and UI components, patterns and page templates
• Strong systems thinking and visual craft with close attention to detail
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Portfolio of shipped product work
• Collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working remotely across time zones

Nice to have

• Experience building a design system from scratch
• Illustration skills in product settings
• Fintech background
• Interest in using AI to improve design workflows

Pay

USD 130,000 to 145,000 per year
