What you will do

  • Map workflows with department leads and frontline staff, then define and validate products.
  • Own the roadmap and backlog with the VP, making scope, cost and dependency tradeoffs clear.
  • Lead distributed developers and outside partners, setting handoffs and holding them to quality.
  • Build production AI and integrations with LangGraph, APIs and MCP, including approvals and permissions.
