  • Design and build ServiceNow Vulnerability Response workflows, from ingestion through remediation and closure.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise scanning and security platforms using REST APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Build Configuration Compliance workflows that route and track findings to the right owners.
  • Develop dashboards showing compliance status, exceptions and aging.
  • Troubleshoot data ingestion, CI matching and integration issues.
