Product Lead

About the role

Lead product strategy for a digital poker platform and in-venue experiences across several physical poker rooms, guiding cross-functional teams through a growth phase.

What you will do

• Set and communicate a product vision and a 12 to 24 month strategy for digital and in-venue experiences
• Build and mentor the product team and encourage experimentation and data-driven decisions
• Own roadmaps and prioritise work across acquisition, retention, payments and guest experience
• Design and refine rewards and loyalty mechanics and the full new guest onboarding journey
• Track market, competitor and regulatory trends and optimise monetisation, rake and tournament formats
• Define success metrics and work with engineering, marketing, finance, compliance and operations on launches

What they look for

• At least ten years of product management experience
• Deep knowledge of mobile gaming and hospitality operations
• Experience with monetisation models and regulatory compliance
• A record of building and leading product organisations
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with cross-functional collaboration
