What you will do

• Set and maintain roadmaps for assigned programs and business domains, evolving vision, operating model and governance standards.
• Turn business, customer, regulatory and technology goals into prioritized, phased delivery plans with milestones and acceptance criteria.
• Sequence work by value, risk, readiness, dependencies, funding and vendor commitments.
• Coordinate readiness across requirements, contracting, access, environments, data and testing before build starts.
• Oversee testing, validation, cutover and go-live, tracking risks, issues and decisions and escalating blockers.
• Support hypercare, monitor outcomes and defects, then transition ownership to operations and capture lessons learned.

What they look for

• Seven years of experience in product management, program delivery, vendor or data management, or business analysis.
• Ability to guide product owners and analysts on priorities and definition of done without owning the daily backlog.
• Strong stakeholder management on trade-offs, delivery risk and scope changes.
• Knowledge of regulatory, privacy, security and contractual compliance obligations.
