About the role

Manage initiatives for treasury management merchant services products, from design and development to promotion. Analyze markets and results to improve the customer experience.

What you will do

Lead initiatives for selecting, designing, developing and promoting new or existing products
Analyze product, technology and market trends to shape innovative features
Manage development, rollout, pricing or promotion of less complex products and resolve operational problems
Work with sales, marketing, digital channel and external partners across the product lifecycle
Support risk management, compliance and audit needs as part of the first line of defense
Monitor business results of products and recommend changes to features or marketing
