German Speaking Head of Quality Manager & Regulatory Affair (Hybrid)

About the role

A leadership team role combining quality and regulatory affairs, procurement and supply chain, and operational scaling for a preventive healthcare and diagnostics business.

What you will do

• Own the quality management system, quality manual and regulatory compliance structures
• Ensure adherence to MDR, IVDR and other medical device rules across device classes
• Represent the company to suppliers, auditors and regulators and handle quality escalations and inspections
• Manage procurement, supplier relationships and inventory forecasting to keep products available
• Control product, material and procurement costs and weigh availability against inventory exposure
• Lead and develop the operations and logistics team and help migrate to a scalable ERP system

What they look for

• At least five years in quality management, regulatory affairs and international procurement or supply chain
• Fluent German at C2 level and excellent English at C1 level or above
• Hands-on experience professionalising operations without adding heavy bureaucracy
• Experience with medical device regulations and quality management systems

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Russian

Pay

EUR 70,000 to 80,000 per year
