Senior Partner Success Manager

About the role

A senior role guiding partners to get greater business value and return from a software platform. The manager works with cross-functional teams to raise retention, satisfaction and adoption, and to support renewals.

What you will do

• Set operational plans for the partner success team
• Create and roll out new products, processes, standards and operational plans that affect functional results
• Support the partner success team with close attention to detail
• Help partners use all their licences and find new opportunities, working with other stakeholders on adoption and renewal
• Propose solutions to partner problems based on the platform and a deep grasp of their business
• Own communication with key partners and stakeholders, and act as escalation point for complex cases
