- Define and execute analytical strategy for drug substance and product across both portfolios
- Oversee method development, qualification, validation, transfer and lifecycle management
- Author and review analytical CMC content for regulatory submissions and defend it in authority meetings
- Manage CDMOs, CROs and contract testing labs, including transfers, stability and investigations
- Hire, coach and structure a strong analytical team as the portfolio expands
- Partner with process development, quality, regulatory and clinical supply on program decisions
