Digital Adoption and Lifecycle Manager

About the role

Own the lifecycle communications that drive adoption, retention and expansion across a customer base, with digital-only accounts as the main proving ground. Build behaviour-triggered programs and the messages that move customers forward.

What you will do

• Design lifecycle programs that react to real customer behaviour and usage signals
• Write emails and in-product messages that prompt customers to take the next step
• Define audience segments, set up triggers and instrument measurement of results
• Coordinate with marketing on the shared email calendar so sends do not clash
• Support product launches by turning them into features customers actually try
• Help shape how AI agents could interpret customer situations and act

What they look for

• Experience building lifecycle or adoption programs from scratch rather than maintaining existing ones
• Comfort with segmentation, copywriting, trigger setup and measurement
• Ability to work closely with customer success, marketing and product teams
• Willingness to work in a small new team where the playbook is still being written
• Data-driven mindset and readiness to debate results and adjust
