About the role

Ambitious entrepreneurs are backed to launch and scale their own SaaS business, with a salary or funding plus guidance from serial founders.

What you will do

• Build, own and run your own SaaS startup
• Go through an intensive personal development journey designed by unicorn founders
• Draw on the network for hiring and for best practices from serial entrepreneurs
• Refine the product together with the team until it fits the market
• Get coaching to prepare funding rounds and set up sales or marketing

What they look for

• Based in Europe or the Americas, or willing to relocate
• Prepared to take full ownership of scaling the startup to over 100M in revenue
• Fluent English communication skills
