What you will do
- Own the launch checklist, timeline and readiness status for each new account
- Turn customer requirements into setup tasks with the operations team
- Gather agreements, insurance certificates, contacts and billing instructions
- Confirm pricing is recorded and shown correctly in systems and portals
- Check service coverage and note gaps with escalation contacts before launch
- Track open items, raise risks and secure readiness sign off before go live
