Business Development Manager, Durables

About the role

Leads segment-specific business development for durable label applications across North America, linking customers with internal product, R&D, production, quality and sales teams. Drives market scoping, pipeline building and product design-in.

What you will do

• Research market dynamics, value chains, competitors, technical requirements and industry certifications
• Grow a strong opportunity pipeline and push new product development for sustainable growth

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree plus at least ten years in business development, sales, product management or marketing
• Hands-on knowledge of industrial applications needing pressure-sensitive labels that last the product's life, including face, adhesive and l
• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance such as UL and segment-specific rules
• Record of territory analysis, sales penetration strategies and negotiating complex deals with senior management
• Strong financial acumen, independent work ethic and solid oral, written and presentation skills

USD 129,225 to 192,900 per year
