You will drive growth in the cardiovascular ambulatory surgery center market by finding, shaping and advancing high-value opportunities in your region.
What you will do
- Build and execute a regional development plan covering priority markets, accounts and partners
- Develop executive relationships with surgery center owners, operators, health systems and investors
- Coordinate account executives, specialists, finance and operations around one customer strategy
- Lead early discovery on business model, clinical strategy, facility plan, timeline and capital approach
- Create and advance a qualified regional pipeline with clear milestones and next steps
- Track market shifts such as outpatient migration, reimbursement changes and new facility development
