ASC Development Leader, Central

About the role

A remote commercial role focused on growing cardiovascular ambulatory surgery center business in the central region. The person shapes complex opportunities and coordinates internal and external partners from early discovery to sales handoff.

What you will do

• Build and run a regional development plan, choosing priority markets, accounts, projects and partners
• Cultivate executive ties with surgery center owners, operators, health systems, physician groups and investors
• Act as central lead for complex opportunities, aligning sales, product, finance, service and project teams
• Guide early discovery on business model, clinical strategy, facility plans, capital and decision process
• Grow and advance a regional pipeline with clear milestones, risks, competitive position and ownership
• Track outpatient migration, reimbursement changes, competitor moves and new facility development

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree, or at least seven years in sales, business development, consulting or promotion
• Background in medical technology, healthcare, life sciences or a technical field
• Proven success in developing markets or accounts
