A hands-on sales leadership role focused on a technical, consultative product sold into software and other companies. The manager coaches reps, joins strategic deals and builds a repeatable revenue system.
What you will do
- Coach reps on strategic opportunities, covering discovery, deal strategy, stakeholder management and commercial execution
- Run weekly one to ones, call reviews and development plans that help reps win live deals
- Build prospecting habits so reps generate their own pipeline alongside inbound and product signals
- Own and refine playbooks for talk tracks, qualification, demo flows and follow-up standards
- Partner with Product and Marketing on buyer narratives, campaign handoffs and pipeline visibility

- Experience leading a sales team in a hands-on, player-coach capacity
- Ability to sell technical, consultative products to product, engineering and commercial stakeholders
- Skill in multi-threaded account management and long-term relationship building
- Comfort staying close to customers, prospects and active deals
- Discipline in planning, forecasting, pipeline quality and budget allocation
