Account Manager

About the role

Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts by delivering strong service, teaching customers about the product, spotting expansion chances and securing on-time renewals. The role also involves helping colleagues when needed.

What you will do

• Work with sales and customer success colleagues to convey the product's value and strategy and drive growth
• Run scheduled business reviews to keep customers aligned as they expand
• Partner with clients to learn their goals and match them to products and services
• Give product demos and presentations shaped around each client's needs
• Help with renewals, highlighting growth and multi-year deals where relevant
• Keep CRM records accurate and share customer and market feedback with internal teams

What they look for

• At least five years as an account manager in a SaaS sales setting
• Ability to grasp a client's business and show how the product helps it
• Drive to succeed and help the sales team and customers win
• Comfort working in a setting where change is constant
• Skill with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Strong written and verbal communication, detail focus and reliable follow-through

Nice to have

• Account management experience in health technology
• Familiarity with the company's own platform

Pay

USD 75,000 to 85,000 per year
