Product Ops Manager

About the role

An ad operations role focused on executing, optimising and scaling performance-based mobile advertising campaigns, using data and automation to improve results and client value.

What you will do

• Grow and scale client accounts through planning, optimisation and resource allocation
• Own end-to-end campaign management from onboarding through the full lifecycle
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to provide insights that drive performance and retention
• Use data, machine learning models and automation to improve campaign efficiency
• Run A/B tests and performance analysis to refine optimisation strategies
• Monitor and reduce risks such as ad fraud and invalid traffic

What they look for

• Three or more years in performance mobile advertising, programmatic or ad tech
• Proven record managing high-budget campaigns focused on ROAS and revenue growth
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking skills

Pay

USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year
