What you will do
- Moderate and manage the community across Discord, Facebook Group, Reddit and social comment threads
- Answer member questions, posts and feedback promptly in a warm brand voice
- Produce regular community content such as polls, threads, announcements and conversation prompts
- Spot and highlight standout members and power users
- Gather member feedback and pass insights to product and content colleagues
- Work with social and support teams on escalated issues and track community health metrics weekly
