What you will do
- Design multilingual self paced learning journeys with objectives, sequencing, knowledge checks and reinforcement
- Set instructional design standards and review materials from team members, experts and contractors against them
- Recommend and carry out improvements to instructional design practice and refresh existing learning resources
- Create in language multimedia such as short videos, infographics, motion graphics and social assets
- Handle post production including editing, color correction, sound design, motion graphics and export for multiple platforms
- Coordinate with a multilingual digital community team on voiceover, subtitling and translation review
