About the role

This leadership role owns new business growth across five teacher placement brands, winning new schools, networks and districts. It builds distinct go-to-market strategies for each brand on shared infrastructure.

What you will do

• Ship a go-to-market strategy quickly, turning existing market analysis into a live pipeline
• Build parallel sales motions into public, charter and private schools
• Run five separate go-to-markets, tailoring positioning, pricing and sales approach to each brand
• Own the budget and resourcing plan and defend the investment case to leadership and the board
• Stand up sales operations including pipeline hygiene, forecasting, deal stages and the CRM stack
• Build a demand generation engine of campaigns, referral pipeline and lead scoring that yields qualified pipeline
