Public Sector Sales Lead, UK

About the role

Lead enterprise public sector sales across the UK in a player-coach role, carrying your own quota while guiding a small team of specialist sellers to win and grow accounts.

What you will do

• Own the UK public sector territory and set a clear go-to-market plan
• Carry a personal quota and drive strategic accounts from prospecting to close
• Build relationships across government, healthcare, education and other public bodies
• Engage senior IT, procurement and executive stakeholders and navigate procurement routes
• Work with partners, resellers, frameworks and systems integrators to generate pipeline

What they look for

• Proven experience selling enterprise IT into the UK public sector
• Track record of meeting or exceeding enterprise software sales quotas
• Understanding of UK public sector buying processes and routes to market
• Experience leading or mentoring salespeople while still selling personally
• Strong consultative selling that links technology to business outcomes

• Experience selling endpoint management, digital workplace or connectivity technologies
