Lead technology integration and migration for acquired businesses, from technical due diligence through migration, stabilisation and retirement of legacy platforms. Keep restaurant partners running while tracking costs and benefits.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end programme plans covering scope, timelines, dependencies, budget forecasts and risks
- Lead workstream owners, run governance, and escalate unresolved trade-offs
- Assess migration complexity and delivery risks during due diligence and prepare integration plans before completion
- Segment customers, plan migration waves, and coordinate testing and reconciliation of order flows and payments
- Coordinate wave runbooks, go/no-go recommendations, operational handover and controlled legacy retirement

- Experience leading technology integration and migration programmes across engineering, product, data and customer teams
- Ability to manage dependencies with finance, people and commercial owners and align stakeholders around one plan
- Skill in tracking business cases, costs, revenue at risk and realised benefits with finance partners
- Experience planning customer migration waves based on impact, technical readiness and capacity
