What you will do
- Own end to end programme plans covering scope, schedule, dependencies, budget forecasts and risks.
- Direct workstream leads, set priorities and capacity with functional heads, and run governance and escalation.
- Assess migration complexity, product gaps, effort, costs and delivery risks to inform due diligence.
- Coordinate data migration into the data platform and business systems, agreeing mappings, quality checks and reporting.
- Plan customer migration waves, readiness criteria, testing of order flows and payments, and go or no go decisions.
- Manage operational handover, stabilisation exit criteria and controlled retirement of legacy platforms.
