Project Coordinator, Market Access

About the role

Support projects from kickoff to completion, learning to manage timelines, budgets and deliverables while keeping teams aligned and quality standards met.

What you will do

• Support daily project activities such as timelines, status reports and project routing
• Help set up and track work in Workfront, including planned hours and reporting
• Assist with budget tracking and reporting alongside project managers, account and finance staff
• Schedule and facilitate internal status meetings and project kickoffs
• Share proactive updates on timelines and resourcing under guidance
• Learn to spot and escalate project risks by observing senior team members

What they look for

• One or more years of experience in a professional setting
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising or a similar field preferred
• Adaptable and eager to build foundational project management skills
• Comfortable with administrative duties taking up part of the role
