What you will do
- Keep Asana project structures, workflows and templates organized and up to date
- Set up Asana rules and automations that route tasks and improve accountability
- Check task progress daily and audit projects for overdue or stalled items
- Follow up with task owners and escalate blockers and missed deadlines
- Coordinate handoffs and dependencies across marketing, creative, ads and leadership teams
- Maintain dashboards and status reports so leadership sees project health
