Customer Success Engagement Representative

About the role

Front-line role that builds awareness among partner clients by contacting employer groups and booking platform demos, while supporting onboarding and account administration.

What you will do

• Act as a contact during onboarding, working with implementation and account teams for accurate setup
• Call employer groups to arrange product demonstrations and keep the demo pipeline filled
• Set up new partner portals and edit existing ones, including custom branding
• Help with bulk uploads of users and clients into the platform
• Track information in Salesforce and other tools so details reach the right teams
• Share product feedback with support, account, product and advisory teams

What they look for

• At least one year in customer service, telemarketing, administrative work or similar
• Strong prioritisation and communication skills
• Comfort with high-volume outbound calling
• Resilience and openness to coaching in a fast-changing setting
• Working knowledge of the product to discuss use cases at a high level
• Residency in Mexico due to business and compliance rules
