Project/Product Manager, Digital Transformation

About the role

Lead cross-functional digital transformation projects inside a company's internal ecosystem, coordinating enterprise initiatives and aligning business and technology stakeholders to improve automation and collaboration.

What you will do

• Plan and oversee project delivery so work finishes on schedule and within budget
• Run the full project lifecycle using suitable delivery methods and best practices
• Coordinate initiatives that span several business units and internal teams
• Bring business and technology stakeholders together on goals, scope and outcomes
• Spot chances to streamline processes, automate work and adopt AI
• Track risks, dependencies and issues, and report progress clearly to stakeholders

What they look for

• At least four years of commercial project or product management experience
• Solid grasp of project management methods and delivery frameworks
• Track record managing cross-functional or organisational transformation work
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership and negotiation skills
• Experience in enterprise settings with many stakeholders and parallel initiatives
• Upper-intermediate English or better, plus familiarity with integrations and automation

• Leading enterprise digital transformation programmes
• Work with workflow automation or process management platforms
• Agile, Scrum, Kanban or hybrid delivery knowledge
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP or Scrum certifications
