Senior Technical Program Manager

About the role

Lead cross-team programs that advance the business, spanning carrier integrations, partner launches, internal tooling and platform upgrades. Bring order to unclear situations and ensure teams deliver what was intended.

What you will do

• Take charge of cross-functional programs from initial scoping and planning through launch and follow-up.
• Direct major programs with little supervision, owning results rather than just the plan.
• Work with engineering, product, data, operations and outside partners to set plans, milestones and owners.
• Identify risks and dependencies early, surface them clearly and push decisions forward.
• Keep program status transparent through clear written updates for leaders and teams.
• Examine architecture, integrations and data flows closely enough to ask good questions and weigh tradeoffs.

What they look for

• At least five years in technical program management or a comparable role at a technology firm.
• Demonstrated delivery of complex programs crossing several engineering teams.
• Technical depth sufficient to discuss system design, APIs and integrations with engineers.
• Strong written and spoken communication, including with senior stakeholders.
• Comfort with uncertainty and good judgment on prioritization and quick adjustments.
• A metrics-driven mindset, defining success measures upfront and tracking against them.

Nice to have

• Background in insurance, fintech or another regulated field.
• Experience with partner or third-party integrations.

Pay

USD 133,000 to 235,000 per year
