What you will do

  • Run full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of apartments and associations, including month-end and year-end close
  • Build financial reporting packages and handle bank reconciliations, general ledgers and audits
  • Work with property managers on budgets, cash management, capital planning and loan covenant compliance
