Proposals Analyst

About the role

A role supporting the full lifecycle of proposals for health plan clients, from formatting and drafting answers to coordinating timelines and final submissions.

What you will do

• Format proposal documents to match internal marketing standards
• Draft responses to RFP questions using reviewed content from internal experts
• Organize and lead strategy calls with stakeholders across the business
• Tailor and adjust responses so content fits each client
• Build timelines and keep all contributors on track for RFP milestones
• Review final documents and submit them by client deadlines

What they look for

• Up to two years of professional work experience
• At least one year using Microsoft Office in a professional setting
• Proven ability to run and organize projects from start to finish
• Strong eye for detail and a sense of urgency
• Able to juggle several complex projects at once
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have

• Prior proposal or project management experience
• Familiarity with Medicare Part D plans and industry terms
• Knowledge of Qvidian and Salesforce tools
