  • Watch live solar and storage data for anomalies, trends and drops in performance
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and reset equipment remotely
  • Work with technical teams on fixes and present findings with visualization tools
  • Support predictive models for forecasting and maintenance planning
  • Keep data accurate and document analytical findings
